Working in the North’s spiritual capital

The North’s spiritual capital for 2000 years, York is central to Britain’s rich history. Bert was very proud to work with the prestigious York Museums Trust, the body responsible for city museums and galleries.

We were awarded the contract to create the brand hierarchy and digital experience for the York Museums Trust and its five current venues.

CoCreation and detailed research into the brands and digital presence of world leading institutions helped us create an online offer that enriches the visitor experience and opens museum and gallery doors to an international audience.

By collaborating with the Google Cultural Institute and developing a fully searchable gallery comprised of over 10,000 exhibits, the Trust has helped open the history of York to interested audiences anywhere on the planet.

York Museum Trust then built our structures, plans and designs for a fully responsive site for all five venues.

Emotion versus Logic

It’s an old debate: head versus heart. What you think versus what you feel. These two forces within our psyche are often portrayed as clashing; creating an inner tension and disagreement within our everyday decision-making.
